With the rapid development of society,people's living standards have been greatly improved and people's material life has become richer.More and more families are buying cars,which poses a great challenge to parking in residential areas.Due to the limited parking space on the ground and the requirement of green area,underground parking is the primary contributor to solve this problem.In the design of underground garages in residential areas,there is not a high degree of standardization like above-ground buildings.Due to the different site conditions of different projects,not only can the design experience be referred to less among different projects,but the work is complicated,time consuming and labor consuming,and the design results are still not usually reasonable.It is difficult to comprehensively consider the garage outline,parking space arrangement,garage pillar net,parking rate and so on,and finally achieve the optimal design result.How to make comprehensive consideration more reasonable in the design stage of residential underground garage has become the primary problem to be solved in residential underground garage design.In order to improve the design of underground garage in residential area economic and reasonably,this paper takes underground garage in residential area with high volume ratio as the research object,through literature research,field investigation,case data analysis and relevant experience summary.This paper discusses the key problems existing in the design of the underground garage of the residential area with high volume ratio,and summarizes the underlying causes of these problems.This paper puts forward the design principles based on practicability,economy and efficiency through research and analysis.Besides,three design strategies are proposed in this paper by combining key problems in underground garage design,which are integrated and coordinated design,plane layoutoptimization and design process simplification on the basis of the above design principles.On the basis of the three-point design strategy,the modularization idea is introduced,and the design strategy is integrated into the modularization design,so that practicality,economy,high efficiency and realization can be achieved through the modularization design method.The author combines modularity with an underground garage with a high volume ratio residential community to form a modular system.and divides the underground garage into multiple modules,and modularizes its space according to different site conditions.The article hopes to increase the innovative design method in the design through the study of modular design of underground garage in residential area with high volume ratio,so as to solve some problems existing in the existing design.At the same time,I hope this paper can provide a useful reference for the design of underground garage in residential areas with high floor area ratio in China.
