Research On Lean Management Evaluation Of Ship Manufacturing Project Quality Control

With the development of the world economic pattern and the progress of science and technology,the center of gravity of the international shipbuilding industry has gradually shifted to the east.The international shipbuilding industry,once centered on Europe and the United States,is evolving into a new pattern in which western countries represented by the United States and eastern countries represented by China,Japan and South Korea coexist with "two poles".Since the 1990 s,the rapid development of manufacturing industry of our country shipping,for the formation of the "poles" pattern,has played a huge role in promoting,but in ship manufacturing quality management in our country,the reconstruction of light tube of ideology and work ethic is the existence of different level,this is our country ships have been unable to enter the international high-end market is one of the main reasons of the ship.Lean management mode is being adopted by more and more shipbuilding enterprises due to its advanced,scientific and practical management concepts and methods.However,due to the insufficient understanding and understanding of lean management by some ship manufacturing enterprises,the connotation and essence of lean management are not fully integrated with the actual production work of enterprises,and the lean management effect of ship manufacturing is not fully manifested.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to evaluate the lean management effect of ship manufacturing project quality control.Firstly,this paper introduces the theory and method of lean management and quality management evaluation,and analyzes the lean management mode of ship manufacturing project quality control.Secondly,based on the ship manufacturing quality control principle of the lean management of "three five" ship manufacturing quality control is established evaluation index system of the lean management,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to establish the evaluation index system,and a method for determining weights based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the ship manufacturing project quality control the lean management evaluation model.In the end,the welding,for example,combined with A ship group ship manufacturing project,set up the project welding quality evaluation index system of the lean management,and calculates the index weights,using the ship manufacturing project quality control the lean management evaluation model,evaluate the shipping group,ship manufacturing project welding quality lean management effect,according to the evaluation results,for the ship group ship manufacturing project welding quality lean management put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The quantitative evaluation results of this paper are basically consistent with the qualitative problems observed in the actual work,indicating that the lean management evaluation index system and evaluation model of ship manufacturing project quality control have rationality and practicability.The research results of this paper provide data support and theoretical support for the lean management effect evaluation of ship manufacturing project quality control,and provide decision-making basis for the improvement of ship manufacturing project quality...
