Research On Outdoor Rehabilitation Landscape Design Of Elderly Care Institutions Based On POE

In recent years,with the advent of an aging society and the general concern about the physical and mental health of the elderly,the outdoor rehabilitation landscape of nursing homes has been rapidly developed and popularized.However,the research found that compared with the relatively complete evaluation system established in architecture and market economy,the Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE)of landscape design in China is still in its infancy,especially for the evaluation of special groups(elderly people)and special environments(rehabilitation landscape).Actually,the evaluation of a space environment and its rehabilitation not only involves the applicability of the environment but also the comprehensive reasons of the user's psychological,physiological,and social relations.Therefore,this article will evaluate the rehabilitation landscape used by the elderly,and try to establish an evaluation system suitable for outdoor rehabilitation landscapes in nursing homes.Firstly,this article sorted out the relevant theories of POE and rehabilitation landscape in detail,and then ensured the applicability of POE in rehabilitation landscape research.This article established an evaluation method model by applying the method of POE,and determined to use the post-occupancy evaluation that combined qualitative(usage situation)and quantitative(satisfaction evaluation of post-occupancy)in outdoor rehabilitation landscapes in nursing homes.Then,this article summarized 26 evaluation factors,such as the ascription of space,the richness of the landscape color and the rationality of the entertainment facilities,according to three matters including the existing relevant evaluation systems,the results of the field survey of the nursing homes in Nanjing and the actual demands of the outdoor environment for the elderly.Then the AHP method was used to calculate the weight coefficients of the evaluation factors and sorted them by importance.In this way,an outdoor rehabilitation landscape evaluation system and evaluation model for nursing homes in Nanjing was established.Using the user survey questionnaire,on-site observation method and behavior map method,four advanced pension institutions including Nanjing Golden Sunshine Pension Apartment,Yihe pension institutions,Tailecheng Maintenance Center,and Yiju pension institutions were evaluated after use.The results showed that the satisfaction rates of Golden Sunshine Apartment,Yihe Apartment,Taylor City Maintenance Center and Livable Nursing Home were 63,81,73 and 71,respectively,which were consistent with the qualitative evaluation results.Therefore,the POE model of the healing landscape of the pension institutions in Nanjing is objective and reasonable.Finally,based on the evaluation results,select Yiju pension institutions to make recommendations and propose a transformation plan.
