The Strategy Research On The Coal Mine Industrial Heritage Of Southwestern Shandong Protection And Reuse From The Concept Of Greenization

In 2018,the state council formally approved the first regional national development strategy since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)--"General Plan for Construction of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Comprehensive Test Zone in Shandong Province".As the conversion of old and new kinetic energy deepens,the contradiction between the old industrial buildings in the city and the transformation of development is becoming increasingly acute.In the process of pursuing development in Shandong Province,the protection and reuse of industrial heritage has already become an important research topic.The traditional industrial structure and extensive production mode in southwestern Shandong make the contradiction between ecological environment and development more and more acute.In the " Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization",which was deliberated and adopted by the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of CPC in 2015,the concept of GREENIZATION was first put forward.There is a contradiction between development and the ecological environment.greenization is the principle of coordinating their relations and also the action to resolve contradictions.This paper starts from the duality of the coal mine industrial heritage of southwestern Shandong,combined with the concept of greenization,and puts forward the strategy of protecting and reusing the coal mine industrial heritage of southwestern Shandong.Firstly,this paper expounds the current situation of theoretical research,and interprets the practical cases,and then finds out the specific problems in the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage of coal mines in China.Secondly,according to the foregoing,combined with the concept of greenization,the necessity,influencing factors,principles and technical measures of the protection and reuse of the coal mine industrial heritage are analyzed,and the basic mode of protection and reuse is summarized.Then on the basis of sorting out the development process of coal industry in Southwestern Shandong,this paper investigates the current situation of coal industry in Southwestern Shandong and analyses its characteristics and value.Finaly,under the influence of the concept of greenization,strategies are constructed,including environmental restoration,space planning,building reuse,utilization of natural resources and management and evaluation after the implementation of the strategy.In summary,this paper aims to solve the problems in the protection and reuse of coal mine industry heritage with the concept of greenization.In response to the southwestern Shandong,the corresponding strategies are proposed in terms of design techniques and implementation,to further promote the process of protection and reuse of coal mine industrial heritage,and hope to make due contributions to the healthy development of the city and the natural environment.
