In the field of aerospace wireless communication,as an important way to monitor the parameters of aircraft,the rapid development of wireless communication technology has made a great contribution to China's military and national defense undertakings.As a modern information technology,wireless communication technology includes three major steps: information collection,processing and transmission.With the rapid development of basic communication technology in our country,wireless communication technology plays an important role in the development,experiment and use of aircraft in our country.In the field of aerospace and aeronautics,wireless communication systems need to meet the requirements of many kinds of parameters,long operating distance,strong anti-interference ability and so on.In order to meet these conditions,this paper designs a high-power telemetry wireless communication equipment using QPSK modulation mode.The telemetry communication device first implements digital signal processing functions such as interpolation and filtering of symbol data based on FPGA,and then digitally modulates the intermediate frequency signal by direct digital frequency synthesis technology,and cooperates with a radio frequency capable of generating a controllable multi-frequency waveform.Finally,the design of a highly integrated telemetry wireless communication system is realized.The device adopts QPSK mode in the digital modulation module,which has the advantages of high precision,small bandwidth and strong compatibility.The RF local oscillator module uses a dedicated phase-locked loop chip integrated with a wideband VCO.The generated RF signal has good phase noise and the chip can select signal frequency points in a wide frequency band.In the power amplifier module,the gain of 28 dB can be achieved by two-stage amplification.After testing,the designed circuit meets the expected requirements,can output 2250 MHz radio frequency signal,output power can reach 32 dBm,can achieve 10 km of communication distance.
