Research On Benefit Evaluation Of Poverty Alleviation Project Of Photovoltaic Power Generation In Daming County

Daming County is a poverty-stricken county at the national level,as well as a large population county and agricultural county with a long history.After the slogan of precise poverty alleviation at the national level was put forward,the county has formulated various strategies to get rid of poverty.Industrial poverty alleviation is one of the most distinctive strategic measures.With the deepening of the national anti-poverty action,Daming County is facing more and more pressure to get rid of poverty.Especially at present,the concept of green development has become the mainstream,and the industrial structure of the whole country has been continuously optimized and upgraded.Only by choosing environmentally friendly and income-stable projects such as photovoltaic power generation poverty alleviation projects,can the poor villages and households in Daming County be brought more.More benefits,achieve green poverty alleviation.In order to promote the further promotion of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects,and make the Daming County government have a good account of the effect of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects,and have a good idea of the future predictable,it is necessary to evaluate and study the benefits of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects in Daming County.This paper combines the author's practical experience in villages,combs and clarifies the current situation of the operation mechanism of photovoltaic industry in Daming County,a national poverty-stricken county,and explores the evaluation index and evaluation method of the photovoltaic poverty alleviation project in Daming County through on-the-spot investigation,literature research,and other research methods,project evaluation theory and methods,from the perspective of economic benefits.The benefit evaluation index system of Daming County's photovoltaic poverty alleviation project is constructed from three aspects of poverty alleviation benefit and environmental benefit.The weight and calculation method of each index are introduced.The overall benefit of Daming County's photovoltaic poverty alleviation project is evaluated with the established model,and the pertinent suggestions are puting forward.The evaluation results show that the project can not only bring benefits to poor households,but also promote the development of related industries,reduce the energy consumption of GDP in Daming County,and the project risk is relatively small,which can be further promoted.The experience of the project can also be used for reference in other areas.
