Research On The Management Status And Countermeasures Of SX Toll Station Of Expressway In Hebei Province

Transportation is a basic service industry to insure the national economy works well.As an important part of transportation industry,expressway plays an important role in economic development with its safety and efficiency.In China,highway is a national public construction project.At present,China attaches great importance to highway construction,and all provinces and municipalities are accelerating the pace of highway construction.However,when toll collection begins,there are always some problems,such as traffic congestion,low work efficiency of employees and low satisfaction of drivers.This paper mainly discusses and studies the related problems existed in SX toll station of highway in Hebei province.This paper mainly uses literature research,case analysis,summary of induction,questionnaire method to study the management problems of SX toll station in Hebei province.Through the study we find that there are some problems affecting the toll charging process.And these problems are mainly as following: the first one is the way to charge is relatively backward,and it affects the charging efficiency to some degree;the Second one is,that employees are generally not very active in work,which to some extent leads to low efficiency of toll collection,low satisfaction of drivers,and it also affects the social image of expressway to some extent.The third one is the phenomenon of evading highway tolls,which affects the development of toll collection.And it is easy to cause traffic jam at the toll station.The fourth one is most of the electromechanical equipment in SX toll station are aging,slow replacement,equipment failure.These problems cause a lot of traffic efficiency problems.As a result,drivers always wait for a long time.It affects the normal passage of the drivers.According to the above problems,based on the related basic theories and methods,this paper analyzes each problem and puts forward the following strategies: the introduction of advanced science and technology to accelerate the innovation way of charging,improve staff performance appraisal management system,intensify management evasion cost behavior,speed up the mechanical and electrical facilities system updates and establish mechanical training system.There are several aspects in each strategy,which can be used for reference in the study of the management problems of other expressway toll stations in China.
