growth of the Chinese Auto industry,the world's leading automobile manufacturing enterprises are classified into OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer)and Parts company(Auto Parts),OEMS and mainstream Parts suppliers they without exception to China as its key markets,And they're all laid out accordingly With the gradual liberalization of foreign joint venture shares in China's auto market,these favorable policies will promote more investment of foreign enterprises in China,and more foreign component enterprises will join the industrial layout in China in the future.And the suppliers which supporting directly referred to as Tier 1 suppliers,the supplier for the OEMS to provide high quality parts at the same time can expand the scope of services,such as hardware and software services to provide services,large data analysis and so on a series of requirements,through these methods in the hope to strengthen and identified by the closely related and consolidate their market positionFrom a vehicle type SOP(Strat of Production)until after the shutdown for a period of time,the car will still be used quite a long time,China's average about 7.8 years,the use of instant old models,most of the vehicle will still on using,completely useless,after all,a few users follow-up will continue to purchase parts,OEMS will usually require auto parts in the vehicle Production 10 years or 15 years at least,so auto parts suppliers need at the same time focus on the huge market of after sales service.However in the past three years,the automobile industry has been facing unprecedented pressure and challenges,and there is an obvious trend of reshuffling the industry.In order to increase market share,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and increase the profit space of enterprises,the traditional business model has been unable to meet the demand.Therefore,a foreign auto parts FT company must use the new information management technology to develop a set of information management platform for the engineering research and development center aiming at the company's current situation and future development,so as to improve the current information system status.This paper starts from the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics system of FT company(hereinafter referred to as Dynamics system),and runs through the whole paper around the basic framework of project preparation,project implementation and project summary of information system.First of all,the comprehensive collection of requirements,and then according to the collected requirements to sort out the feasibility analysis report,put forward the technical scheme.Secondly,the software system was upgraded and developed according to the plan,and requirements were verified during the process.Finally,an information management system was designed and developed to meet the requirements of FT engineering R&D center,Technological innovation leads us to a broader stage.Innovation is not individual behavior,but is composed of interrelated processes,thus forming a complete system.It's not just about coming up with a good idea or inventing a new device,it's about integrating all of these processes.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn: through the control research of the improvement scheme of the current information system,the improvement work of the information system can be implemented from the scope,schedule,cost and quality of the project.Scope management: through collection,analysis,and communication,identify all work tasks that need to be done to achieve the set goals and ensure that they are done within the planned scope.The improvement plan includes making the demand research plan,listing the demand information list,making the demand change plan,and controlling the project scope change.Progress management: the time and sequence of the work of each node in the project,and the time of the beginning and the end.The improvement plan includes making the project progress plan and implementing the project progress inspectionCost management: based on the time needed to complete the project multiplied by the human cost of the completed project,the project of information management system includes hardware cost,software cost and labor cost.The improvement plan includes developing cost management plan and controlling project cost.Quality management: according to the established quality standards,evaluate the project establishment,system design,and conduct regular testing of the program,so as to ensure the completion of the software system development process with high quality.The improvement plan includes making the project quality plan and implementing the quality acceptance of the on-line system.In the actual implementation process of the project,the scope,schedule,cost and quality are interrelated and influence each other.Collect,analyze and communicate to determine user requirements and the content of
