Chinese urbanization process speeds up increasingly since the implement of reform and opening-up policy,and lots of population diffuses to the suburbs.The community business achieves unprecedented development potentials.At the same time,with the development of Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the disposable income and leisure time gradually increased for the community residents.Subsequently,there are a new development for the consumption culture and diversified development trend for the consumption concept.The key point moves from the commodity to the shopping environment,which people pay more attention to during shopping.There are new requirements for the convenience,richness,aesthetics and culture of shopping environment.To meet the market demand,the real estate enterprises start their investment in the project and construction of community business.However,due to the late development of domestic community commercial centre,there is limited related theory and less successful cases regarding the program and construction of community commercial centre.Although there are relatively mature experiences and theories overseas,they cannot be copied exactly because of the different national conditions.Therefore,the space design for the experiential community business centre was studied in this paper,and the development direction was determined to adapt the new consumption demand.Firstly,the relevant references were searched and some concepts were figured out for the development history and space experience of community business,etc.Further,the community business space was studied based on the combination of basic design theory of architectural landscape and the psychology theory.Then,the space design experience factors were summarized based on the interaction between human action and environment,and new design principles were put forward.Also,the spatial organization and details were researched during the summary of design strategy and the spot investigation or case study.Finally,the operability references were obtained by thorough understanding the relationship of case projects and neighboring communities,and by analyzing the practice accumulation during work.In this paper,the spiritual needs of community residents are realized not to be given enough consideration during the space design of community business centre,by work in practice and studying the space conditions of community business at home and abroad.Through analyzing the relationship between the community business space and the community residents' consumption cognition,emotion,willing,demand and behavior,the space design experience factors were clarified,and the space features and design principles of experience community business centre were concluded.A theoretical framework of relative complete program and design was summarized for the practice guidance,based on the cases studies.On one hand,the psychology theory was used in this study to analyze the space experience,and the interdisciplinary studies were done from the perspective of space design regarding the community business centre and the design strategy of landscape architecture was proposed at the same time.On the other hand,some new projects under construction were chosen as the cases to follow the development of ages.These researches provided some basis references for the program design and developing management of community business centre,and further provided the guidance to promote the space quality and to build more attractive environment for the community business centre.
