Community commerce is an important place for community public activities and residents' daily communication,which directly affects the comfort and convenience of residents' shopping,leisure,communication and entertainment activities.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of People's Daily behavior,it is of great significance to do a good job in the design of community business and improve the community business environment.Before designing community business,we should study people's behavior and psychology,study the impact of environment on people's behavior,and think about what kind of design and environment can trigger people's consumption psychology and consumption behavior.We should introduce the idea of "environmental behavior" into the design of community business,fully consider the psychological needs and physiological needs of people,and make the final design adapt to and meet the life needs,emotional needs and behavioral needs of residents.In view of China's national conditions and living environment,four core value systems of sustainability,accessibility,scenization and high stickiness are put forward to create community businesses belonging to Chinese people with elements more suitable for the development of Chinese cities.Finally,the whole city is laid out in the network structure of multiple communities.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the origin of the research,and expounds the main purpose and significance of the research.It is pointed out that the research object is the community commercial space in northeast China.Summarize relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,analyze excellent cases at home and abroad,and find out their common characteristics;The research framework of this paper is presented.The second chapter mainly explains the relevant concepts of community,community business and cold cities,analyzes the impact of environmental behavior on people in community business,and analyzes people's behavior and psychological activities in community business.The third chapter is mainly about the author's field research on the community business in the cities in the cold region,and the selection of different brands of real estate development projects and different types of community business,so as to achieve a horizontal comparison.The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this paper,which expounds the design principles of each node and element in the community business space,and designs the regional business node by combining these principles with the special climate environment and human habits of the cold cities.The fifth chapter takes the north lake project of China railway as the actual case,and integrates the summarized principles of community business design into the actual project,which reflects the application of the theory in the actual case.
