With the continuous advancement of the construction of high-speed rail,the face of China’s cities has also undergone tremendous changes.The high-speed rail business district with the high-speed rail station as the core,the high-speed rail new district,and the urban sub-center have emerged.The area around the high-speed railway station plays an increasingly important role in the connection station area and urban space.The functional layout,traffic planning and spatial form of the area are directly affected by the high-speed rail station on the one hand,and a series of requirements for the architectural form of the area on the other hand.At the present stage,the construction of high-speed rail new districts in China is still in the development stage,and the control of architectural forms is more limited to the experience of urban construction in the past.As a result,the structure of the area around the high-speed railway station is inconsistent with the high-speed railway station area.This paper takes the architectural form of the surrounding area of the high-speed railway station as the research object.Comprehensive domestic and international success stories have carried out multi-faceted analysis and research on the architectural form of this particular area of the city.Based on this,the control strategy of architectural form is discussed.Firstly,the basic control elements are studied from the essence of architectural form.This paper summarizes the basic elements of its control from five different perspectives into five types:"shape","site","feeling","zone”and "force".Secondly,based on the regional environmental characteristics around the high-speed railway station,the influencing factors of the architectural form around the high-speed railway station are analyzed.Through the analysis of the correlation between various factors and the control mode of building form,two levels of control factors of architectural form around the high-speed railway station are proposed,namely the two forms of architectural "form" and architectural "situation".Through the comprehensive study of two layers of elements,the architectural form control strategy has a rigid and flexible,figurative and abstract multi-level control.Thirdly,starting from the two aspects of the "form" of the building and the "state"of the building,the paper studies the interaction and connection between it and the high-speed railway station,and proposes the control strategy for the architectural form around the high-speed railway station from two levels.This paper takes a representative case in China,Tianjin Binhai Station Yujiapu Financial District as an example,systematically analyzes the design background,design requirements and specific control strategies of the project,and further validates the proposed building shape control strategy.Effectiveness.This paper is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the related theories and representative cases;the third chapter analyzes the control factors of the architectural forms around the high-speed railway station;The fourth and fifth chapters respectively propose control strategies from the two levels of architectural "form" and architectural "situation";the sixth chapter is case analysis;the seventh chapter is conclusion.
