Under the escort of various preferential policies and direct subsidies from the central government and local governments of the whole system,my country's new energy vehicles have achieved great development and become the world's largest production and sales country.Under the construction of the “Belt and Road” corridor,the countries along the route will fully cover the quantity and quality of my country's products,which will be a major opportunity for my country to surpass the world's auto industry.This paper takes China's new energy automobile industry as the research object to evaluate the competitiveness of China's new energy automobile industry.First of all,the literature review on the industry of new energy vehicles at home and abroad is sorted out,and then the concept of new energy vehicles and industrial clusters and industrial competitiveness is defined,and the comparative advantage theory of industrial competitiveness and diamond model competitive advantage theory are sorted out.Then,by analyzing the current situation of the development of China's new energy automobile industry,it is found that there are some problems in new energy automobiles,such as the lack of a unified standard for core technologies,the need to improve the waste power battery recovery system,and the relatively high sales price.Then,based on diamond model,the competitiveness of China's new energy automobile industry is qualitatively analyzed from five dimensions,an index evaluation system is constructed,and the industrial competitiveness scores of 31 provinces and cities are obtained by entropy method,and then the competitiveness scores of China's new energy automobile industry cluster are obtained.The Yangtze River Delta industrial cluster has the strongest comprehensive competitiveness,while the northeast industrial cluster and the west industrial cluster have weaker competitiveness.Finally,countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed to strengthen industrial development planning,improve industrial layout,accelerate technological innovation and enhance technical cooperation,adjust fiscal and tax preferential policies,promote industrial development,scientifically plan and accelerate infrastructure construction,innovate publicity and change consumers' ideas.This paper provides some supplement to the research on the competitiveness of China's emerging industries,which is conducive to the further improvement of China's theory on the competitiveness of emerging industries;At the same time,provide a new perspective,new ideas,new methods.
