As China's GDP continues to grow,the construction industry has entered a new era.In order to improve market competitiveness,the construction companies need to strictly control costs.The design phase plays a vital role in the final cost of the entire housing project.Controlling the cost of the design phase is important for optimizing the cost of the project and improving the competitiveness of the company in the market.With the introduction of domestic BIM technology,engineering design,engineering budget and cost control combined with BIM technology have also been gradually developed to provide data support for the cost information of engineering projects."Structural optimization" is an important means of cost control in the construction industry.In this paper,the optimization method of structural reinforcement cost in the design stage based on BIM technology is studied and a new optimization idea is proposed according to this method.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Discuss the research status and development trends of BIM,structural reinforcement and cost control at home and abroad,and expounds the related theories of BIM,cost control and structural reinforcement.2.Summarize the main factors affecting cost in the structural design stage.Several influencing factors of diameter,structural section size and concrete strength grade are analyzed.By discussing the relationship between the structural reinforcement in the design stage and the structural reinforcement of the construction stage and the engineering cost,the necessity of cost control in the design stage is further reflected.3.The cost optimization method in the structural design stage of the construction project is discussed,and then a BIM-based structural reinforcement cost optimization process.After the process is constructed,the beam and column are taken as the research focus,and the BIM-based structural reinforcement cost optimization model is established to further solve the optimized cost value.4.The BIM technology is used to analyze the reinforcement cost,optimize the reinforcement and deepen the construction drawing.Finally,Take an office building as an example to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the process.Through the research on the optimization of the structural reinforcement cost of the housing construction project,this paper can not only improve the engineering design quality,save the engineering cost,reduce the waste of steel resources,but also make the engineering cost data flow and provide the whole process management.The theoretical basis of science.
