Research On Supplier Management Of MH Company

With the continuous development of China’s non-ferrous metals manufacturing,it provides important raw materials for economic construction and development.The rapid development of private enterprises,based on the regional industry and technology accumulation,the nonferrous metal industry has formed a regional intensive,bringing regional economic development,but also brought the fierce competition of homogenization between enterprises.The trade competition between China and the United States has led to a severe global market environment.The domestic industrial manufacturing industry is facing the pressure of rising costs and low economic situation.For small and medium-sized enterprises,forming strategic alliance is the need of their own development as well as the market demand.At the same time,the demand for non-ferrous metal products in aerospace,medical and industry are constantly increasing.Therefore,to establish a good supplier management to promote the development of enterprises is priority or the current non-ferrous metal manufacturing.In the article,research from MH company current internal supplier management practice investigation,and by reference to the same industry and the research status of supplier management mode,aiming at the shortcomings of the current enterprises to develop supplier management problems were analyzed,and through the analysis of the causes of problems and put forward effective resolution strategy,in order to make sure MH company to establish long-term cooperation relationship with suppliers,promote the development of the company better and faster.The main purpose of supplier management is to ensure that enterprises find suitable suppliers,to achieve strong alliance and create high-quality products that meet customers’ requirement.In this paper,the selection and evaluation methods of suppliers studied in detail in order to find more suitable suppliers for enterprises to promote the common development of enterprises and suppliers.MH is facing fierce global market competition for non-ferrous metal products in the process of development.At present,the primary task is to select more suppliers and establish a scientific and perfect supplier management system.
