| After more than 10 years of development,China’s photovoltaic industry has ranked first in the world in both production and technology.In 2018,China’s photovoltaic installed capacity has reached 170 million kilowatts,which has benefited from the rapid progress of photovoltaic technology during the past ten years,the production and manufacturing costs have dropped significantly,and the pace of affordable Internet access is getting closer.As an important part of the solar photovoltaic industry chain,silicon wafer processing enterprises are constantly being updated,equipment is constantly being upgraded,and higher equipment management requirements are proposed.As one of the advanced means of equipment management for manufacturing companies around the world,TPM management has achieved remarkable results in many countries.Therefore,the main content of this paper is to promote TPM management activities in wafer processing enterprises,and all employees participate in the maintenance of company equipment.Based on the basic theory of TPM management,this paper combines the specific equipment management status of Company A,and the TPM management activities are formulated and implemented.The 6S activities,three major improvement activities and professional maintenance activities of TPM management are mainly studied.After the implementation of the TPM management activities,the performance evaluation was carried out,and the main problems remaining were analyzed,and countermeasures suggestions were put forward.Company A has achieved remarkable results through TPM management activities.The production site became neat and tidy,the equipment operation index increased significantly,the production cost showed a downward trend,and the corporate culture was enhanced,Therefore,the core competitiveness of the company has been enhanced.the core competitiveness of the enterprise was enhanced.In addition,this paper analyzed the main problems of Company A in imple-menting TPM management activities,including the company’s equipment manage-ment mode,the stability of operating staff,and the sustainability of management activities.Finally,the improvement measures were proposed,including establishing a clear management system for equipment,increasing the automation of equipment,continuing to promote TPM management activities,and combining TPM management activities with lean production.In the wafer processing industry and the entire photovoltaic chain industry,as the TPM management activities and lean production activities have been implemented,the non-technical cost factors that constrain the development of photovoltaics will be greatly improved.Together with the promotion of photovoltaic technology,the photovoltaic industry will achieve flourish. |
