With the slowdown of international economic growth,China's economic development has entered the new normal.Coal and electricity industries are facing increasing difficulties and problems.At present,the excess capacity of coal and electricity and the profits are reduced greatly in the process of market competition,this industrial structure can't be able to meet the needs of international and domestic economic development.In this situation,China's supply-side structural reform policy,industrial structure optimization and upgrading policy,resource-based economic transformation industrial policy of Shanxi Province,opinions on promoting supply-side structural reform to prevent and eliminate the risk of excess capacity of coal and electricity and other policies have provided good opportunities for high-quality development of coal and electricity.As a large-scale enterprise of transformation and comprehensive reform,how can Datong Coal Mine Group accelerate the deep integration of coal and electricity,create a new coordinated development situation for coal and electricity industry chain,promote the adjustment of coal and electricity resource structure,lay a solid foundation for enterprise transformation and upgrading?This is the objective of this paper.The writer summarizes the experiences and lessons of coal and electricity integration development path from other enterprises on the basis of related references and theories in this paper,using the PEST analysis method to analyze the external environment factors for coal and electricity integration development,then analyzes its internal environment factors from the following five aspects,enterprise culture,human resources,science and technology innovation and the present situation of research and development,financial condition,and environmental protection.On the basis of these aspects,reveal the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges through the SWOT analysis method,combined with present situation of coal and electricity integration to explore the development strategic target,put forward the strategic goal,that is to construct a comprehensive international energy group of coal and electricity integration depth fusion in the new age.Through this research,we can see that the global ecological environment is increasingly serious,under the influence of cutting overcapacity of our country and the Shanxi province,new energy power extrusion,environmental pressure,only by grasping the periodic law and characteristics of energy revolution,adjusting development strategy timely,improving the level of organization management continuously,strengthening the training of professional and technical personnel,gaining new breakthrough in low carbon environmental protection technology,expanding domestic and foreign markets actively,to maximize the interests for both sides,promote coal industry depth fusion,become more competitive in the increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad.Because it is difficult to change basic status of backbone energy industry of coal and electricity industry in China for a long period of time in the future,in order to ensure the smooth realization of the strategic target,this paper formulates a series of feasible measures with pertinence,such as building professional and technical personnel,bringing in the cutting-edge technology and enhance research and development of coal and electricity industry,optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening internal management,and shaping corporate culture spirit.At the same time,it also provides reference value and inspiration for other enterprises to promote the integrated development of coal and electricity.
