Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Index System And Application Of Distribution Network

Reliable and safe operation of distribution network directly affects the power supply level of residents,so it plays an increasingly important role in the power grid.There are many weak links in the management and construction of distribution network in China,and the hidden problems in the lagging development of distribution network are gradually highlighted.Comprehensive evaluation is the premise of decision making,and correct decision comes from scientific comprehensive evaluation.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and practical comprehensive evaluation index system of distribution network can help to identify the main problems and weaknesses of distribution network,which can also effectively guide the development and construction of distribution network in the future.This article has integrated the characteristics of distribution network,according to the theory and method,which mainly around two aspects.First,based on the system analysis and assessment theory,a comprehensive index system consisting of four modules,two levels,and 22 indicators can be constructed to quantitatively evaluate the distribution network from multiple aspects,the system that can quantitatively evaluate the distribution network from various aspects,and focuses on the analysis and discussion of the screening of evaluation indicators,the establishment of a hierarchical structure system,the determination of the weight of each indicator,the ratings of each indicator,and scoring formulas.The second is to select Xinji City,Hebei Province,as an example of practical application,to point out problems and weak links in the distribution network of the assessed area,and then use the index system to analyze the optimized new planning year distribution network,according to the evaluation,the effectiveness analysis can directly reflect the degree of optimization of the grid.This paper selects the distribution network of Xinji City of Hebei Province as an example.The feasibility and scientificity of the comprehensive evaluation index system in evaluating the distribution network are demonstrated.The results shows that the distribution network evaluation system can effectively reflect the overall development level of the distribution network,and point out the existing problems and weaknesses of the distribution network,which has a certain application value for the future planning and construction of the distribution network.
