Dynamic Capability Model And Importance-Performance Study Of International Engineering Contracting Enterprises

Under the impetus of "going out" strategy and "One Belt,One Road" initiative,Chinese enterprises have actively carried out international engineering contracting business,and the development momentum is strong.The number of participating enterprises and turnover continue to grow,and the technical capabilities and service quality are constantly rising.It is the backbone of the international engineering contracting market.However,the complex and volatile international commerce contracting market has brought challenges to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises.Coupled with the macroeconomic factors such as the global economic downturn and the intensification of trade protectionism,many international engineering contracting companies are facing Develop a dilemma.In this context,in order to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage,enterprises must be aware of changes in the market environment in a timely manner,and quickly adjust their development strategies to respond to dynamic changes in the environment through efficient use of internal and external resources.How to improve the dynamic capabilities of enterprises has become an important issue facing international engineering contracting enterprises.On the basis of a large amount of relevant literature research,this paper divides the dynamic capabilities of international engineering contracting enterprises into market perception,resource integration,network relationship,learning absorption and organizational flexibility.By refining the connotation of each dimension,this paper proposes a dynamic capability model and its indicator system.The data was collected through questionnaire survey,and the confirmatory factor analysis method was used to screen the indicators and test the model,which verified the scientificity of the theoretical model.This model can provide a theoretical basis for the further study of the dynamic capabilities of international engineering contracting enterprises.Further,according to the established index system,the importance ranking of the impact of dynamic capabilities on China's international engineering contracting enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of dynamic capacity development are determined and analyzed through questionnaire survey.In addition,the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of each dynamic capability index for international business contracting enterprises with different business types.different operating income scales and different development stages are studied.The results show that the dynamic capacity of China's international engineering contracting enterprises is generally at a low level,there is still room for improvement.and there are differences in the dynamic capability advantages and improvement priorities of different business types,scales,and development stages.Enterprises should develop according to their own development.Through this research,it can provide a basis for the theoretical research of the dynamic capabilities of international engineering contracting enterprises,and provide reference for various international engineering contracting enterprises to grasp the direction of dynamic capabilities and clear the key construction contents according to their own conditions and external environment.
