The Success Of Tbea International Engineering Contracting

Now days,as the implementation of the “the Belt and Road” strategy and the fast development of Chinese economics,more and more company have begun to undertake different kinds of overseas engineering contracting projects.In recent years,engineering contracting is a key part of Chinese foreign investment rather than a new growth point for China’s foreign trade.For enterprises,contracting international engineering contracting projects can cultivate multinational companies,and enhance international competitiveness.TBEA signed a 73-kilometer 110 kV project in Sudan in 2003.This is the first international engineering contracting project of TBEA.After more than ten years of development,TBEA has established cooperative relationships with more than 60 countries around the world,providing complete power integration technology solutions and general contract engineering services to more than 20 countries.Under this framework,this paper takes electric power enterprise TBEA as an example.TBEA is a typical representative of Chinese enterprises adapting to the international market and successfully implementing international engineering contracting.It is conducive to summing up experience,learning lessons,and improving the ability of Chinese enterprises to adapt the international market.This paper expounds the background and significance of the research,introduces the concept and characteristics of international project contracting,analyzes the current status of TBEA development,and uses the SWOT methods to analyze the TBEA Angola SK project.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced in the implementation of the electricity construction project,and analysis of the solution proposed by TBEA for the disadvantages and threats.In order to meet the point,let the company better use its advantages and take advantage of opportunities to avoid threats and risks.Finally,it summarizes the inspirations and suggestions for relevant enterprises,so that enterprises enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises and reduce unnecessary losses.
