In order to cope with the enormous pressure from the strengthening of power supervision,the aging of power equipment and the improvement of power supply service quality,improving asset management level and optimizing enterprise investment have become the focus of attention of power enterprises all over the world.With the advancement of domestic power market reform,the scale of distribution network assets is increasing.In order to improve the level of distribution network asset management,this paper studies the key technologies and performance evaluation system of asset management.The main work is summarized as follows:Based on the latest research results about risk assessment and asset management in the 24th International Council on Electricity Distribution(CIRED),this paper investigates the research and application status of key technologies for power grid life cycle assets management at home and abroad,and analyses the supporting role of digital technologies such as information technology,communication technology and big data technology for these key technologies,as well as the development trend and challenges of the application of digital technologies in power grid asset management.Through in-depth analysis of the development characteristics of distribution network and the differences of users’ needs in China,the comprehensive performance evaluation system and evaluation model of distribution network assets life cycle management considering service capability are constructed.Based on the preference of decision makers,the standardization method of range transformation index is improved.According to the objective differences of enterprise development goals and data of various indicators,the service efficiency and social benefit indicators are empowered by using the optimal combination empowerment method which takes into account both subjective and objective factors.And then the performance of distribution network assets management is evaluated comprehensively.Finally,the rationality of the proposed index system and model is verified by an empirical analysis of a real distribution network in a certain area.Horizontal comparisons of asset management performance in different regions are made to identify the weaknesses in the asset management process.Through the analysis of the vertical benefits/costs of asset management performance in the same region,the inefficient links in asset management are found.And the pertinent suggestions and guidance for continuous improvement of distribution network asset management performance are put forward.
