In recent years,under the dual pressures of energy depletion and air pollution,the government is comprehensively promoting the "revolution" of energy consumption,supply,technology and structure.As a high-quality and clean green energy,it is of great significance to promote the energy consumption revolution to increase the proportion of electric energy in the terminal energy consumption.Therefore,thanks to the efforts of the government and power companies,the "coal to electricity" heating renovation project has been implemented on a large scale in the northern region.However,driven by many factors such as equipment type,electricity price and the outdoor temperature,the load characteristics of the power grid are undergoing profound changes,with the peak-to-valley difference of the power grid further increasing and the utilization rate of equipment decreasing year by year.Due to the flexible characteristics of electric heating load,it is important to study the thermal load demand,demand response behavior and load characteristics of "coal to electricity" users for the future power grid dispatching operation and planning.In this paper,the standardized configuration mode of "coal to electricity" is established firstly by investigating the equipment type and access mode of the "coal to electricity" project in the northern region.On this basis,considering the difference of users' demand for environmental temperature,the user thermal comfort model is established based on ISO7730 thermal comfort model and its simplified model.Combined with the time-varying equation of building air temperature,the thermal load characteristic modeling method is proposed considering the user comfort.On the basis of meeting the basic thermal comfort requirements,the Matlab simulation platform is used to simulate the load response strategy and compare the demand response ability of electric heating load in different configuration modes.Secondly,the demand response characteristic model of electric heating load is established with the multi-objective of heating economy and comfort,and the load characteristic is solved by the multi-objective optimization algorithm.Combined with the factors of"coal to electricity" users' demand response behavior,an optimal power consumption scheme decision algorithm based on the discrete choice model is proposed to solve the single electric load characteristics.Finally,according to the family structure,income status,housing area and other factors,the regional users are classified,and a series of user electric load characteristic curves are obtained through a large number of simulation experiments.And then a model of regional aggregation load characteristics based on typical users is proposed based on the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm.The accuracy of the load characteristic model proposed in this paper is verified through the case study,and the influence characteristics of building parameters and incentive mechanism on various typical users are analyzed according to the change of load characteristic curve,so as to provide a reference for the operation and planning of power grid after the electric heating load is connected.
