Study On The Functional Space Of Urban"Multi-Generation Residence"

In recent years,the degree of population aging in China is getting more and more seriousg,faced up with the dilemma of aging population,the problem providing for the aged has become the key problem to be solved in the social security system.There are many kinds of modes for providing for the aged,while the home-based pension mode is still the main mode for providing the aged by the combination with the national conditions of our country.The inter-generational cultural differences lead to the contradiction of intergenerational adaptation in the middle of multiple generations becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,the study on the intergenerational adaptation in the functional space of urban "multi-generation residence" in the paper is of great significance for solving the problem of inter-generational contradiction between the home-based care for the aged and the multi-generation space.With regards to the author's investigation and analysis,it is clear that the main problem in the multi-generation space is that the cultural differences between generations lead to differences in their needs for space function,style and furniture.At present,the interior space design of multi-generation residence is similar to that of ordinary house,and the design of intergenerational demand is rarely taken into account.How to balance the inter-generational difference by means of the reasonable design of the multi-generation residential space,and to alleviate the contradiction between generations is a problem that we need to think about.Based on the above issues,first of all,in this paper,the research background and research purpose of the functional space of urban "multi-generation residence" is briefly described,and the innovation of the combination of the problem for providing the aged and the intergenerational relationship in this paper is also put forward.In addition,on the basis of the author's analysis of the problems,I draw a conclusion on the spatial design strategy of the "multi-generation residence" type residence in the whole-age city,and the practical case of the "multi-generation residence" type residence is finally selected to solve the problem through the author's re-design of the space.In order to provide more comfortable and professional living space for many generations of people,it further explains the design essentials of the functional space of urban "multi-generation residence",and finds out the different solutions of "multi-generation residence" with different characteristics,which is expected to provide more comfortable and professional living space for many generations of people.
