Three-generation Living-intergenerational Communion Living System Construction Research

The current form of aging society in China is serious.Under this circumstance,ways of living are gaining more and more attention.However,the problem that the elderly living environment and architectural form is seriously lagging behind hasn't been solved legitimately.In China,population density is high;ageing population is serious and the trend of the elderly empty nest is obvious.What's more,since the implementation of family planning policy,the number of adults increasingly decreases.According to the present and the future trends,how to meet the residential elderly living demand become urgent problems in the design of residential buildings.It will be the key to the sustainable development of Chinese residences that we meet the aging society demands of living space construction design.Analyzing the investigation and relevant data,we found that the demands of living space are different in different generations.Considering the needs of generations(especially for the elderly),the key point of this paper is to study on the design of a reasonable multiple generations in the living space.The reason why most adults hope to live separately from their parents is that the generations,living together,they are not satisfied with the design of space,function and emotion.At the present stage,the multi-generation living space that relevant government launched is mostly the basic form of the apartment layout design without considering the contact among different generations and the demand of different generations.The elderly and the youth both not only hope to have their own independent space,but also hope to set up a shared room for intergenerational exchanges in the living space.The core of this paper is that research and design of space directly reflects the many generations in the intergenerational construction of communion dwelling system.In addition,according to the classification of low-income and vulnerable groups,this paper puts forward that how security multi-generation system can be applied to the grim situation of the aging society.This paper clarifies and summarizes the concept and types of multi-generation.Through the study of many generations in the theory and practical case,this paper defines the concept and the category,puts forward the classification model of the new multi-generation,and summed up the multi-generation type.This paper proposes innovatively to construct the multi-generation living system oriented by indemnificatory housing and gives the system framework.Based on the theory study of multi-generation's concept and types,the paper puts forward to solve practical problems overall and intensively by affordable housing for the elderly pension difficulties in low-income families and the problem of family intergenerational harmony.It puts forward the expression of core model in the system and sets up the strategies and manners in the design of multi-generation residence system.It elaborates the core of the indemnificatory multi-generation residence system from many aspects.It puts forward that it should co-ordinate the design and sociology level to meet the security needs while implementing the system.This paper is divided into following four parts---put forward the problem,analyze the problem,construct the system and operate and design the framework.Firstly,research the background,purpose,significance,methods and innovation.Secondly,arrange the literature review and practice cases.Thirdly,construct the multi-generation residence system oriented by affordable housing which takes the intergenerational communion mode as the core system.Lastly,design the multi-generation residence houses of affordable multi-generation residence system.
