With the development of high-speed railway,the passenger travel time is greatly shortened and the comprehensive transportation location advantage of the railway integrated passenger transport hub is enhanced.At the same time,to promote the rational construction of internal transfer facilities and related configuration of passenger transport hub is the key to ensure high overall operation quality and high transfer efficiency of integrated traffic.However,with the speeding up of the construction process of high-speed railway in our country,the railway passenger flow is increasing constantly,and the bearing capacity of some existing railway integrated passenger transport hub transfer facilities is insufficient,the problems of different traffic modes in the hub are not closely connected,the overall transfer efficiency is low,the passenger satisfaction is poor,of which the problems are becoming more and more prominent.It's under the background that the evaluation and optimization of transfer facilities of railway integrated passenger transport hub is studied and discussed,in order to improve passenger transfer efficiency and the service level.First of all,the paper makes a summary to the related concepts of railway integrated passenger transport hub and its transfer system,in addition,in accordance with the different functions,the transfer facilities are divided into station facilities,distributed facilities,connecting facilities and information facilities.The scale design standard,calculation method and layout form of different transfer facilities in the railway integrated passenger transport hub are also systematically described in this paper.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the evaluation index system of the rationality of railway comprehensive passenger transport hub transfer facilities in which the index system mainly includes three aspects,such as rational layout of transfer facilities,configuration coordination of transfer facilities,service level of the transfer system,as well as passenger transfer efficiency.And on the basis of expounding the connotation of each evaluation index,the weight of each indicator is determined by the combination weighting method.In the end,taking the comprehensive passenger transport hub of Zhengzhou East Railway Station as an example,a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the problems existing in the transfer system is carried out in the paper,and the results of passengers'satisfaction with and attention to the transfer facilities of the hub is obtained with the way of questionnaire investigation.In this,from the point of view of reducing cross interference of streamline,convenient passenger transfer and improving operation efficiency,some concrete optimization measures for transfer facilities between railway and urban rail transit,bus and taxi have put forward,combined with information technology and network media,the transfer information service platform of "Passing Through Zhengzhou East Railway Station Smoothly" has been established,which provides a reference for the optimization of transfer facilities of railway integrated passenger transport hub.
