With the relationship between the railway passenger transport hub and the city becoming increasingly closer,connections of the railway and various types of transport becoming more complex;high-end and commercial railway passenger flow makes the mode of transfer of station square replaced by the mode of transfer space which allows people to divert from cars.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical value to carry out the research on the optimization of the facilities of the railway passenger terminal.Based on the study of the railway passenger transport hub,this paper puts forward the characteristics of the railway transportation comprehensive hub which is different from the traditional railway passenger station.This paper analyzes the functional facilities of the railway passenger transport hub,starting with the development of relationship between the hub and the city and the change of the hub function.And discusses the development trend of the railway passenger terminal.This paper defines the service object,service business,service scope and operating characteristic of railway passenger transport hub.In the aspects of user demand,facility supply and system operating characteristics,it analyzes the demand characteristics and existing service gap of the service system.Based on the survey results of passenger satisfaction in the hub station,the key points of transportation facilities,transportation organization,function connection and information service are put forward.The internal functional space of the railway hub is integrated and combed,and the combination requirement of the architectural spatial correlation to the various functional space layout is discussed based on the spatial syntax.Through the establishment of the importance model of convergence between different traffic spaces,the importance of convergence is researched.The weight of each influencing factor is calibrated by expert scoring method.Based on the depthmap software platform,the organization form of the hub transfer space is discussed,and the location and elevation of the transfer interface are determined.The layout of the traffic space based on the transfer space is obtained.The bilevel planning model is established to optimize the layout of the functional facilities and the design of the streamline in the railway passenger transport hub with the aim of minimizing the passenger's distance impedance and traffic conflict.In order to realize the maximization of the transfer utility,based on BPR transfer impedance model,the upper model is constructed with the aim of minimizing the transfer impedance in the hub.Based on the vissim pedestrian simulation technology,a lower-level model with the aim of minimizing the traffic conflict in the hub is established which provides a quantitative analysis method for the passenger streamline optimization of the railway passenger terminal.The traffic space combination layout method based on spatial syntax is used to carry out the overall layout of the traffic facilities of the example:Wuxi North Station,and is adjusted by optimization model of passenger transfer streamline.
