Research On Quality Evaluation System Of Refined Decoration Commercial Housing

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's overall economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,the real estate industry has undergone tremendous changes,the real estate developers continue to improve building materials,structural forms,layout and so on.At the same time,due to the outbreak of environmental pollution in our country,the government has gradually attached importance to the environmental pollution caused by the second decoration of the original rough houses,Therefore,in recent years,the government has constantly proposed to speed up the promotion and popularization of the fine decoration model of commercial housing.However,due to the late development of fine decoration mode of commercial housing in China,there is no scientific and accurate evaluation system for the quality of fine decoration commercial housing,and the absence of the system also has a certain impact on the reform and progress of the real estate market.This paper based on the analysis of the related literature on the quality evaluation system of fine-decorated commercial housing,this paper uses 360-degree evaluation method and balanced scorecard evaluation method for reference,combines Delphi method to screen the influencing factors of the quality of decoration commercial housing,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to get the weight of indicators at all levels to determine the evaluation quality system.Then a scientific and accurate comprehensive evaluation model is established by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the actual case analysis,through expert scoring and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the overall quality of the hardcover case is evaluated comprehensively,and the result is 87.6 points,indicating that the case quality belongs to a good category.Finally,through the analysis of the evaluation results,the shortcomings of the case were found and the corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward.In this paper,the quality evaluation system and its indicators proposed from multiple perspectives can not only provide reference for government departments and developers,but also provide a new development direction for the quality evaluation system of the whole construction industry in the future.It is hoped that researchers can take this as a starting point to study and apply it in the future.The evaluation index of other types of buildings can provide reference for the future development of China's construction industry.
