Research On Quality Control Of The Airport Terminal T2 Project Of PL Airport

Under the tide of economic globalization and the vigorous development of air transportation industry,the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that the development of civil aviation engineering construction should be an important strategic measure for engineering development.Civil aviation engineering construction focuses on social hot spots and concerns the people’s livelihood.Building a satisfactory terminal will help improve people’s sense of happiness,gain and security.Therefore,in the development and construction of civil aviation,it is necessary to ensure the excellent quality of the project and avoid rework,collapse and waste of financial,material and human resources.The research on quality control of terminal construction project is of great significance.Taking the construction project of T2 terminal of PL airport as the object,this paper analyzes and studies the quality control of the main body of the project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the quality control status of the five sub projects of the project construction sub project,namely "pile foundation,earthwork,underground structure,main construction and decoration",analyzes the difficulties existing in the project quality control at the present stage,and carries out targeted disposal and control based on the causes of the difficulties in quality control and combined with the WBS method.Implement quality control for the five main influencing factors of "human,machine,material,method and environment",and then visually describe the phased situation by using polar coordinates and arrangement diagram method in combination with the four main development stages of the early stage,middle stage,late stage,acceptance and operation period of the project.The deviation of project quality control is analyzed by the quality characteristic factor analysis diagram method,and the deviation of construction point accuracy is corrected by the plane control method to jointly ensure the level of project quality control.Finally,the weight of quality control evaluation index is determined by expert scoring and Delphi method.A membership evaluation matrix of project quality control index is constructed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effect of project quality control.Finally,it is concluded that the evaluation grade of quality control effect of PL airport T2 terminal construction project is "excellent",which is consistent with the actual development result of the project.At the same time,for the indicators with poor quality control effect of construction projects,combined with PDCA cycle and strengthening supervision force,we will jointly promote the further improvement of project quality control efficiency.The research on the quality control of PL airport T2 terminal construction project can not only effectively improve the construction quality of the project,but also provide some enlightenment and reference for the quality control of other terminal projects.
