Research On The Cost Estimation Method Of Municipal Engineering Based On The Improve Of Case-based Reasoning Theory

Municipal construction is an important factor affecting the development of the national economy, it is also the most important part of the urban infrastructure, having a direct impact on people’s quality of life. In China, there are a lot of money investing on the development of the municipal construction every year. In the process of construction, thus the control of the capital has become the most important problem that relating department and what everyone is paying close attention to. The estimate is the premise of the cost control, the key basis of the projeet in the research of the feasibility. And it is also the foundation of bidding. Because of that, the estimate of the projection cost should be the first question in the engineering construclion.Although there are a lot of methods in estimating of the projection cost, but the methods used in municipal engineering is still limited in traditional norm estimation method and cause-effect analysis, structure relation estimation, etc. There are many limitations in these methods, complicated in the computation and poor for timeliness. At present, the intelligent methods what is combination with the modern mathematics and computer is more and more taken seriously. In the view of the problems above, in this paper, I made a in-depth research in the grey theory and the theory of CBR, considering that if they can combination with each other. I design a new method for municipal engineering cost estimate. According to the feasibility study phase of the municipal engineering, analysis the characteristics of the road engineering and the drainage engineering in two aspects that is the properties and the qualitative, finding the main factors that influence the engineering cost, through the comprehensive analysis, building the index system influencing the cost of the engineering, on this basis, collecting the information of the old engineering, building the model based on the data. Analysis the estimate of the municipal engineering cost using the estimating model. The results of the analysis show that the new method combined with the CBR theory and grey theory is feasible to solve the problem that the estimation of the municipal engineering cost, and improve the precision.
