| In recent years,the investment of highway engineering construction in Northwest China has increased year by year.The construction of highway projects in Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Ningxia,Xinjiang and other places needs to pass through desertification areas.The concept of"green road" is continuously deepening in the field of highway engineering construction in China.The attention paid to the evaluation of green construction effects of highway projects,which has continued to increase.The continuous innovation of green construction technology,engineering construction personnel,experts and scholars are also increasingly aware of the importance of green construction effect evaluation in highway engineering construction,and the current domestic and international research on the green construction effect evaluation of green highways No in-depth study of the system has been carried out,especially how to evaluate the green construction effect after the green construction of the highway engineering construction project.It is also a new direction and new requirements,can be put forward from the national highway engineering construction level,which has great research value and research potential.Therefore,this paper studies the evaluation of green construction effects of highways in desertification areas.Based on the "four sections and one environmental protection" as the fundamental concept,this paper proposes the evaluation index system of green construction effect of highways in desertification areas from the aspects of organization management,construction technology,energy resources,natural environment,social culture and regional economy(There are 6 first-level evaluation indicators,25 secondary evaluation indicators and 65 third-level evaluation indicators).The fuzzy grey cluster evaluation model is established through three analytical stages:hierarchical analysis model optimization,fuzzy comprehensive analysis model optimization and grey cluster analysis.The expansion and applicability of the model.In order to verify that the fuzzy gray clustering evaluation model is suitable for the evaluation of the green construction effect of highways in desertification areas,the model verification example of this paper selects the desert highway of the world’s largest single-engineering desert highway "Jingxin Expressway Linbai Section(in Alxa League)",the comprehensive evaluation score of the green construction effect of the project is 2.687,the finally green construction effect evaluation level conclusion which is obtained of "Jingxin Expressway Linbai Section(in Alxa League)"is "good",and according to the evaluation The results give corresponding measures and recommendations.Due to the late start of green construction in China,especially in the field of green road construction,the research on green construction effect evaluation has a lot of research space.This paper proposed earlier the research topic-green construction effectiveness evaluation and management of the desertification area highway,but other grade roads have not been deeply involved.The follow-up researching is also needed to give corrections and optimize and improve for more engineering construction personnel,experts and scholars. |
