Water conservancy projects play an important role in various aspects such as hydropower generation,flood control irrigation and ecological civilization construction.With the large-scale rise of water conservancy projects,the evaluation of water conservancy projects has become increasingly necessary.The evaluation of water conservancy projects involves not only the evaluation of a single specific benefit index,but also the comprehensive evaluation of multi-efficiency indexes.The comprehensive multi-efficiency evaluation gradually attracts the attention of experts.This article is based on previous research and comprehensively evaluates the theories and methods of the benefits of water conservancy projects,and strives to establish a scientific and reasonable comprehensive benefit evaluation method system.Benefit evaluation provides practical basis.This article first studies the related concepts of comprehensive benefits and evaluation methods of water conservancy projects,and analyzes the importance and necessity of comprehensive benefit evaluation for water conservancy projects.Secondly,the literature research method was used to preliminarily establish a water conservancy project index system,and then a questionnaire survey method and SPSS22.0 software were used to screen and optimize the evaluation index to build an index system.Then through a more in-depth study of various weighting methods,using the order relationship analysis method and entropy weighting method combined weighting form to calculate weights.Based on this,fuzzy mathematics theory is used,and the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to process the data to determine the membership matrix,and a multi-level fuzzy evaluation model for the comprehensive benefits of water projects is established.Finally,in order to verify the operability and rationality of the evaluation model,the thesis takes the Longquan Water Source Project as an example to conduct an empirical study to provide a basis for calculating the comprehensive benefit level of water conservancy projects.The research results show that the economic benefit level of the project is "good",the social benefit level is "excellent",the environmental benefit level is "excellent",and the comprehensive benefit level is "good".And the five indicators that have a greater impact on the comprehensive benefit of the project are: urban greening,economic net present value,soil environmental quality,surrounding economic impact and water quality benefits.In the project evaluation and construction and operation practice,we should focus on controlling this Five indicators,at the same time,we should pay attention to the balanced development of the benefits of the Longquan water source project to maximize the overall benefit.
