In recent years,due to the increasing shortage of non-renewable energy,climate warming and environmental pollution,the low-carbon development path has gradually become the direction of the world's efforts.How to balance the development of global power industry with low carbon has become a hot issue,because the power industry is a pioneer industry of social development and energy transformation,and low-carbon power is bound to play a unique role in the development of low-carbon economy.Distribution network,as an important part of large-scale power grid,has a variety of network structures,and a large number of electrical equipment.At the same time,the distribution network connects the main network and numerous enterprises and users,which has an irreplaceable position.Compared with the main network,the distribution network is more flexible and changes more rapidly.At the same time,it is closer to the society and the living environment of residents.People interact more with the distribution network,and the impact and fluctuation of the distribution network link are more intuitive.People interact more with the distribution network,and the impact and fluctuation of the distribution network are more intuitive.The characteristics of distribution network determine that the evaluation of distribution network is a work of wide coverage and large amount of data,but this work is necessary and also requires keeping pace with the times in line with the dynamic development of distribution network.Therefore,under the background of low-carbon economy,studying how to evaluate the distribution network systematically is meaningful.In this paper,combined with the impact of distribution network on environmental protection and the characteristics of current power grid development,a comprehensive evaluation system of distribution network is constructed,and a dynamic evaluation model of low-carbon environmental protection level and operation benefit of distribution network is established,which improves the comprehensive evaluation of distribution network.The main work includes:(1)Dig new indexes according to the characteristics of the development of modern grid and the new hot spots;get the set of indexes for static and dynamic comprehensive evaluation of distribution network.(2)A static comprehensive evaluation model of distribution network is established.The static comprehensive evaluation is carried out by using AHP-truncation mapping method,and the comprehensive evaluation results are analyzed.(3)A dynamic evaluation model of distribution network is established.Under the background of low-carbon and based on system dynamics,the dynamic evaluation model of clean environmental protection level and operation benefit of distribution network is established.The simulation results and sensitivity of the dynamic evaluation model is analyzed to explore the influence of different factors on distribution network.
