Phenomenon Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Central City Motorcycle Taxi

With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the demand for transportation in central cities is increasing.Although a variety of modes of travel based on public transport provide relatively perfect services for people’s urban travel,in many cities,such as the railway station,bus station,subway station,bus station,business center and other hubs,as well as some areas at the entrance,road intersection and other places,more or less you will see the figure of motorcycle lanker.The passenger carrying phenomenon of motorcycle,which is in the gray area of law enforcement,has brought some negative effects on urban management and road traffic safety.The rise and existence of motorcycle is not accidental,on the one hand,because there is no obvious similar to the formal transport service access restrictions,on the other hand,motorcycle can also meet the travel needs of some residents,with a variety of forms,convenience and other service characteristics.To some extent,the phenomenon of illegal passenger transport in motorcycle affects the normal order of urban passenger transport market,interferes with urban road traffic operation,and increases traffic safety risks.Combined with the actual investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation and safety situation of motorcycle in the central city,and discusses the management measures and countermeasures against motorcycle from the aspects of administrative regulations,traffic management and humanistic management.Firstly,the paper analyzes the status quo of motorbike in central cities,including riders,drivers,operation characteristics and management status of some central cities.Secondly,through vehicle safety analysis,passenger safety analysis and motorcycle traffic accidents in the motorcycle interference to road traffic in the central city of motorcycle safety analysis;Then,combined with the phenomenon of zhengzhou city motorcycle example questionnaire analysis,motorcycle operation status and existing management measures are discussed.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding management measures from the aspects of administrative regulations,traffic management and humanistic management.
