In recent years,new energy electric vehicles have been rapidly developed under the impetus of national policies,and the increase of the ownership of electric vehicles has exposed the hidden problems of vehicles,such as high failure rate,low reliability,and hidden dangers of spontaneous combustion.In response to this situation,the state has successively issued a series of policies that requiring enterprises to developing electric vehicle monitoring systems to strengthen the monitoring of the operating state of their vehicles.By analyzing the research status and market demand of vehicle monitoring terminals at home and abroad,this paper designs an intelligent terminal based on 32-bit high-performance MCU and ?C/OS ? real-time embedded operating system.The terminal collects the high frequency monitoring data of the vehicle through CAN bus and encrypts the monitoring data by using AES-128 encryption algorithm,then encapsulates and escapes the data according to the remote communication protocol,and sends it to the monitoring platform to realize real-time monitoring of the vehicle.In this paper,the vehicle remote control,load estimation and the remote firmware upgrade function of the terminal are added under the condition of realizing the real-time monitoring function of the vehicle.The specific work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper determines the monitoring data acquisition and remote communication scheme according to the functional requirements of the vehicle terminal and completes the overall architecture design of the terminal.Among them,the remote communication scheme meets some of the requirements of common agreements in industries such as GB/T 32960 and JT/T 808.Secondly,according to the overall design scheme of the monitoring system,the hardware and software of the vehicle terminal are designed.In terms of hardware,DC-DC and LDO multi-stage independent power supply design,STM32F407 minimum system design,GPS module design,GPRS module and CAN transceiver circuit design were completed.In the Keil MDK5 environment,the software use C language to complete the GPS,GPRS and CAN underlying driver design;the paper conducts multi-task design based on ?C/OS ?,completes CAN bus data acquisition,GPS positioning information analysis,monitoring data package upload,monitoring platform command resolution,AES encryption and decryption,vehicle remote control,vehicle load estimation,firmware remote upgrade,BootLoader and other programming.Finally,the module test,function test and real vehicle test of the vehicle terminal are carried out,and the terminal software design is improved according to the test results.The experimental results showed that the vehicle terminal has accurate data acquisition,stable data upload,stable and reliable remote upgrade and remote control functions,and meets the design requirements,which has high practical application value.
