With the increasing global problems such as air pollution,energy shortage and global warming,the development of new energy automobile has become the future trend of the automobile industry.The electric vehicles as "veterans" began to return to the automotive market,and will eventually gain the dominant position in the automotive market.The most important resource in today's world are talents.If an industry wants to rise and prosper,it can not do without all kinds of talents at all levels in the industry.The rapid rise of the new energy automobile industry will inevitably bring about a large number of talents in the service industry of the new energy automobile.The training of talents can not be separated from education,therefore,many secondary vocational schools or technical schools have begun to build new energy automobile maintenance major.The development of curriculum is the core of professional construction.The key to the curriculum development of vocational education is to deal with the relationship between theory and practice.Nowadays,in our country,the integration of theory and practice is highly recommended by vocational education experts and vocational schools.Based on the current mainstream curriculum development path of work-integrated learning curriculum,this study develops the core competence curriculum of new energy automobile maintenance major in the curriculum development practice,while practicing and summarizing.This research is mainly divided into the following steps: through visiting many enterprises and well-known Vocational schools in China,and conducting a questionnaire survey on many enterprises,after statistical analysis and summary,the conclusion is drawn;through convening a seminar of new energy automotive maintenance industry practice experts,listing the representative work tasks,after further analysis,Select,classify and revise to get the list of typical work tasks and representative work tasks at intermediate level of the new energy automobile maintenance specialty;describe the typical work tasks and transform them into the corresponding integrated curriculum system framework,and according to the professional development law of the students majoring in new energy automobile maintenance in technical schools,draw up the curriculum system of the specialty,and make reference.Teaching schedule;Through sorting out typical work tasks and representative work tasks one by one,and combining the educational objectives of technical schools to determine learning objectives,reference learning tasks and hours,learning content,put forward five main elements of integrated curriculum standards,such as integrated curriculum teaching implementation suggestions,learning evaluation suggestions,and summarize them into an integrated curriculum standard.Qualitative;the implementation of quality of integrated curriculum needs to be guaranteed by integrated learning resources such as teachers,venues and curriculum resources.Based on the actual situation of Tianjin Public Technician College,suggestions for the construction of curriculum resources are given.
