In the past two decades,China's consumer market has continued to expand.As a product of the Internet era,e-commerce has rapidly emerged under the infiltration of online consumption patterns.Consumers are no longer just buying clothes,books,small appliances,etc.on the Internet.Large,heavy and expensive products such as washing machines,refrigerators,and sanitary wares have gradually become the targets of people shopping online.This kind of consumption behavior makes the service of express delivery,express delivery,storage and other integration requirements gradually increase.Therefore,the comprehensive service integrating warehousing and distribution will become the main trend of modern logistics development.Forklifts,as logistics handling equipment,play an important role in the warehousing and logistics industry.However,China's forklift industry started late,with low added value of products and insufficient innovation ability,and the homogenization of domestic forklifts is more serious.With the continuous improvement of user demand and the diversification of products,the shape of pure engineering machinery with old-fashioned forklifts and sharp and pointed construction has become incompatible with the modern,intelligent and diversified warehouse logistics image.This paper uses the theory of image constraint,taking objective attributes,industry attributes,brand attributes and unique attributes of products as objective constraints,subjective constraints of user preferences and brand planning,and constructing emotional image space and combining the above objective and subjective constraints.Conditions use a queuing matrix algorithm to screen inductive intentions.Through market research,a large number of forklift samples were obtained,and then the electric forklift sample library was reduced by cluster analysis method,and the representative samples were selected to use the Likert scale for semantic evaluation.The representative sample structure is classified into several modeling elements by morphological analysis method.These modeling elements are correlated with perceptual evaluation by multivariate analysis method and analyzed by Quantitative Theory I.Finally,the relationship between each modeling element and perceptual vocabulary is obtained.A library of correspondence between user's perceptual needs and electric forklift modeling elements will be constructed.Finally,based on the above theoretical basis and experimental results,the conceptual design is carried out.Through the semantic evaluation of the designed electric forklift,the feasibility of image constrained theory in the design of electric forklift is verified.It can help companies and designers to broaden their design thinking in the design of electric forklift trucks and realize innovative solutions for conceptual design.
