Study On Protection Planning Of Traditional Settlements In HeiFanGou,Hohhot

The traditional settlement of Heifangou is located in Yaogou Township of Qingshuihe County,Huhhot City,north of the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty.It is one of the most well-preserved steamed bread kiln sites in Saibei area of China.It not only witnessed the history of migration to Xikou in Ming and Qing Dynasties,but also was the result of the development and evolution of China’s folk porcelain technology in Saibei area.In addition,the circulation of black alum ditch ceramics also greatly promoted the development of grassland commercial trade.As a handicraft workshop settlement,the traditional settlement of Heifangou has rich historical and cultural information,and has high cultural,historical,social and architectural historic value.By studying the protection and utilization of traditional settlements,we can preserve and continue the historical characteristics of settlements,inherit and carry forward their excellent historical and cultural values.At present,there are serious problems in the traditional settlement of Heifangou,such as serious damage to the natural environment,poor preservation of buildings,imperfect infrastructure construction,loss of ceramic technology and so on.In addition to the relevant requirements of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage,various architectural and cultural heritages need to formulate their corresponding protection plans as soon as possible.Based on the research and collation of the basic data of the traditional settlement in Alpha Valley,this paper analyses and studies the related protection theory of architectural heritage and settlement,and elaborates the compilation of the protection plan and practical measures of the traditional settlement in Alpha Valley.Firstly,it analyses and collates the historical documents of the traditional settlement of Alum Valley,talks with key people,and interprets its historical evolution,surrounding environment,layout,architectural style and technological process.Secondly,according to the "National Key Cultural Relics Protection Planning Requirements",the value,cultural relics,environment and other current situation of the traditional settlement of Alpha Valley were assessed.Through the existing problems of the traditional settlement of alum ditch,the corresponding protection strategies and measures are formulated.Finally,the protection framework and zoning of the protected areas are studied,the protection scope and management methods of the traditional settlement of the alum ditch are delineated,and the follow-up development plan is formulated.
