The implementation of electronic components in the warehouse construction project process,due to changes in raw material prices,the implementation schedule adjustment,building materials supply,technological change and other reasons,prone to project electronic components warehouse construction delays,and further lead to electronic components warehouse construction project of actual and planned progress deviation,easily lead to the construction cost of the project increase makes the company's economic decline.In addition,for most electronic components warehouse construction project at present,insufficient application of schedule management for new technology and new methods,management idea renewal speed is slow,the subjective experience of management of a large proportion,compared to developed countries,the development of China's electronic components warehouse construction project schedule management is lagging behind,which further our country enterprise market competitiveness.Under this background,the paper selected electronic components warehouse construction project project,using the method of WBS,network diagram method,three point estimate method,Gantt chart,critical path method,the project schedule management is studied,in order to deepen the understanding of the management of Engineering project.The main research ideas of this paper are as follows:Secondly,the author summarizes the theory o f the construction project schedule management,based on the electronic components warehouse construction project analysis,summarized the factors needed to be considered in the plot construction project schedule management,and using WBS analysis method to the target warehouse construction project of electronic components of the layers of decomposition,and the project time schedule was effectively estimated finally,by taking a series of organization,technology,economic management and other measures,progress control management of electronic components warehouse construction project,for according to the project appeared in the actual problem and.The degree of timely control and optimization,based on the previous research results and puts forward constructive suggestions,the conclusions of this study are:(1)factors affecting the electronic components warehouse construction project schedule warehouse site construction,large equipment research and delivery schedule,anti-static technology application etc..(2)electronic components warehouse construction project mainly includes pre preparation,temporary construction,civil engineering,decoration,installation works,the completion of the acceptance of the majority of six.(3)for electronic component s warehouse construction project,project quantity,work process is more complex,the construction time is short,the attempt to work the time integrated approach using Delphy technology and three point estimation method combining the.(4)the establishment of the inspection system of the electronic components warehouse construction project schedule tracking system is mainly aimed at checking and tracking the progress of the project.By tracing the establishment of the system of inspection,for the project management department,the actual progress of the project can be effectively tracked and checked.
