In the transition to the customized and small-volume production mode which meets the requirements,the mass production mode of traditional products often has problems which is cannot fully meet the specific needs of customers.Therefore,maximizing satisfaction of customer requirements has been made for product development.Based on this background,we do research work on customer demand product design methods.The paper introduces and studies the theory of artificial immune optimization system,taking the concept and mechanism of immune system into the field of product design,and verifies the convergence of the method by constructing the fitness function.The result verifies that the artificial immune system is feasible in the design field.Using the KANO model to transform the customer's specific needs of the product into engineering characteristic parameters which is required by the design to research on the mapping of customer needs to product characteristics,extracting the technical characteristics according to the customer's individualized demand for the product based on the actual needs of the customer.Through designing products with the characteristics of self-learning,self-organization,memory and self-adaptation of artificial immune system,the parameters extracted from the customer demand product mapping model are taken as problems and entered into the customer demand product design model based on artificial immune system to simulate antibodies.The steps produced and the affinity between the antigen and the antibody are calculated to match the most consistent protocol for customer demand.The first step of the model implementation is to determine the initial design of the customized product through the customer demand product retrieval system based on the artificial immune system,and the second to carry out the structural optimization design of the product,taking into account the environmental impact of the product.Based on the scheme obtained by the above method,a vacuum glass and a corresponding central unit optimization model are established,and numerical analysis of the thermal insulation performance is performed.The temperature distribution of the model is obtained by loading the boundary conditions.The results show that the energy-saving of the product meets the specific needs of customers,and the correctness of the customized design model of customer demand based on artificial immune is verified.The customer demand product design model proposed in the paper provides a new way for the transformation of high-volume production to small-volume custom production.In the product design stage,the customer's individual needs are taken into account,and complete demand information is provided for the design of customized products.The method of numerical simulation is introduced to verify the function of the customized product.
