| Compared with the traditional construction industry,the prefabricated building has a series of advantages such as high construction efficiency,short cycle and high quality.It is a form of construction promoted by the construction industry.Among them,the high efficiency of construction is a particularly prominent feature.However,due to the lack of perfect construction management theory in prefabricated buildings,there is a problem of construction deviation in the process of prefabricated building hoisting,and such deviations will have a certain degree of influence on the progress and quality of the construction.It is an urgent problem to be solved in prefabricated buildings.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the deviation in the process of the prefabricated building construction,aiming at providing accurate construction guidance for the prefabricated building construction,thus ensuring the efficiency and quality of the prefabricated building construction.Based on the analysis of the main obstacles in the development of fabricated buildings,this paper believes that the deviations generated during the construction process have an impact on the efficient and high-quality construction of the prefabricated buildings,which is not conducive to the refined management of the prefabricated buildings.Therefore,this paper proposes to use MATLAB to realize the establishment of grey prediction model and its improved model,and predict the trend of deviation development,so as to propose corresponding guidance measures for the next step.Firstly,taking a steel structure residential building in Baotou City as an example,the deviation of 14 key nodes was obtained by using the total station.By comparing the construction specifications,it was found that the deviation of the north-south direction was large,and some nodes have exceeded the allowable range at present;Taking a steel structure industrial plant in Baotou City as an example,the BIM-3D integration technology was used to obtain the deviation,and 39 key nodes were manually selected,of which 46.15% of the nodes exceeded the enterprise deviation range.Based on the above,a gray prediction model is established for the deviations obtained by the two methods,and after the parameter test,the model accuracy level is finally determined.Among them,in the model established by the total station to obtain the deviation,the predicted average error rate is 34.05% and the minimum is 4.41%;and the average error rate of the prediction model established by BIM-3D scanning deviation is 0.06% and 0.64%,respectively.The error rate of the prediction model established by the method of obtaining the deviation is much smaller than the error rate of the prediction model established by the total station acquisition deviation,so that the more accurate the side verification deviation is,the higher the accuracy of the prediction model will be.Through the analysis of the predictive data of the deviation prediction model,combined with the status of the site construction,the two examples of the floor and color plate cutting dimensions are recalculated.From the calculation results,the existence of the deviation has caused different degrees of influence for the next step construction.Therefore,the prediction analysis of the deviation can achieve more accurate construction site guidance,avoid waste of personnel and materials,improve construction efficiency,and provide new ideas for promoting refined management of fabricated buildings. |
