With the advancement of society,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has become increasingly prominent.Despite the huge amount of water resources in China,the per capita possession is small,less than a quarter of the world average.As an important province in the northeast old industrial base,Liaoning Province plays an important role in the revitalization of Liaoning Province and even the entire old industrial base in Northeast China.However,the climatic conditions and industrial structure of Liaoning Province are significantly different in the region,and the water resources are more unevenly distributed,which seriously restricts its economic development and social progress.This paper analyzes the trends of water consumption in Liaoning Province and the municipalities under its jurisdiction based on the water consumption data and social development indicators of the three sectors of life,production and ecology in Liaoning Province and the 14 cities under its jurisdiction,and uses the information entropy method.And the Lorenz curve model studies the water use structure in Liaoning from time to time and spatial distribution.Among them,information entropy analyzes the distribution of all types of water consumption in a certain area,and the Lorenz curve studies the distribution of each type of water consumption in different cities in Liaoning Province.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the analysis of the trend of water use change in Liaoning Province,it can be found that in the domestic water consumption,the proportion of urban life increased from 58% in 1980 to 75% in 2018,gradually occupying the main body of domestic water,urbanization.The process and the workers' laid-off tide in the 1990 s had a greater impact on it.The trend of domestic water consumption was generally rising first,then falling sharply,and finally growing slowly in small fluctuations.In terms of production water,the water consumption of the primary industry fluctuated greatly before 2005.Although the irrigated area and GDP increased greatly,with the improvement of irrigation technology and the improvement of water-saving level,the water consumption was not obvious.The growth in the water consumption was not obvious,and there has been a slight reduction in recent years.The water consumption of the secondary industry showed a clear upward trend from 1980 to 1995.From 1995 to 2005,due to the adjustment of industrial structure and the reform of state-owned enterprises in Liaoning Province,the water used in the secondary industry between 1999 and 2003 The amount has dropped significantly,and there has been a significant rebound in the subsequent period from 2004 to 2005.From 2006 to 2015,the overall trend of volatility decreased.Correspondingly,the GDP of the secondary industry has increased substantially,and the water consumption per 10,000 yuan of GDP has decreased from 281.4.72 m3/10,000 in 1980 to 19.85m3/10,000 in 2015.The tertiary industry is an emerging industry,and its water consumption trend is notobvious and has a small fluctuation,but overall it shows a slow growth trend.In terms of ecological water use,except for a few years,it is basically in a state of substantial growth.After analyzing the impact factors of water consumption changes,it can be found that the change of domestic water is mainly caused by the combined effect of population and per capita daily water consumption.The water consumption of the primary industry offsets the grain output and irrigated area due to the irrigation per unit area.The impact of this has not changed significantly.The secondary industry and the tertiary industry are more affected by the water consumption per 10,000 yuan of GDP.(2)Through the calculation and analysis of the information entropy and equilibrium of water structure,the value shows an upward trend,indicating that the water structure is generally developing in a balanced direction,and the water consumption is transferred to the production and ecological sectors that are more conducive to social development.Although the proportion of water consumption in the primary industry has declined,the decline is small,the balance of water use structure has only increased by less than 0.1,and the water structure difference between different regions of Liaoning Province is relatively large,from the use of Arc GIS.It can be seen from the distribution map of water structure balance that the water use structures in Dalian,Hushun,Chaoyang,Fuxin and coastal areas in Dalian and Huludao are relatively balanced,while the water structures in Panjin and Liaoyang in the central region are relatively poor.It shows that the water structure in Liaoning Province needs further optimization.(3)It can be seen from the Lorenz curve model that the distribution of water consumption in the first industry is the most balanced in Liaoning Province,and there is basically no change from 2005 to 2015.The secondary industry has a certain focus on the region.The distribution of the tertiary industry and domestic water in the region is gradually balanced.Except for the primary industry,the water consumption of other types is more obvious than that of other regions.
