RV reducer is one of the core parts of joint drive in industrial robot,and has important influence in the transmission precision performance of the robot.At present,the RV reducer is heavily dependent on imports in the domestic market,which has become the bottleneck of the development of industrial robots in our country which seriously restricts the development of industrial robots.With the development of computer technology,3D digital design plays an increasingly important role in industrial design and manufacture,3D digital design of RV reducer has an important significance for the development of industrial robot.This paper builds a 3D digital design platform for RV retarder with Solidworks and the function of Solidworks.This platform consists of parts design,the repair of the cycloid wheel and so on.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The structure design of RV reducer parts use the parametric modeling method of size driven model;the modification of cycloidal gear is on the basis of initial gap,derivation of hysteresis,stiffness and the meshing force and other performance indicators.According to the modification and modification quantity,the theoretical results are the key technical indicators of cycloidal gear for reference.In order to verify the accuracy of the platform,using Adams and Ansys model to complete dynamics and statics simulation in virtual environment: drawing model input angular velocity curve of shaft planetary gear planetary frame and cycloidal gear cycloidal gear,drawing along the Y direction of meshing force curve in Adams;the RV model under different eccentric reducer of stiffness simulation in Ansys.In order to further verify the practicability of the platform,this topic sets up the experimental platform of the model independently under the factory environment:for the RV reducer model designed on the platform,checking whether the performance index of the physical prototype is in line with the actual environment.In this experiment,the stiffness of the model is measured as the measurement of the model.The experimental results of different basic parameter models are compared with the theoretical analysis to verify the practicability of the platform.
