Study On Sponge City Construction In Pudong Built-up Area Of Shanghai

With the development of cities,the functions of cities are becoming more and more complex.In Pudong New Area,there is an urgent need to re-develop entrepreneurship of an important gateway,all kinds of constraints also unexpectedly come,one after another,in which urban rainwater management is more important and prominent issues.Over the years,in many built-up areas in Pudong,whenever heavy rains occur,residential areas are often flooded,municipal roads are flooded,the sea is almost normal;the recent frequent typhoon visits,making this problem more prominent,in fact,are for the original rapid and extensive development of the bill.The improper management of rainflood has set a bottleneck for the development of the city,and people's life has brought inconvenience,which has become a key problem restricting the further development of Pudong.In order to ensure the water safety of Pudong city and provide basic guarantee for the development of Pudong,sponge city construction has been introduced into some built-up areas in Pudong New Area in recent years,hoping to solve the problem of urban water security and bring convenience to the people's life.In the practice of sponge construction of park green space in Pudong built-up area,we have used many kinds of sponge facilities,such as pervious pavement,grass planting ditch,rainwater garden,concave green space,ecological wetland,ecological revetment and so on.To a certain extent,we have shown the reduction of surface runoff and the control of rainwater and flood.This summer,typhoons frequently visited Shanghai,green areas around the built-up area no longer appear waterlogging phenomenon,withstood the test.On the basis of the construction of green space sponge in the built-up area,we studied the implementation scheme of water body in the built-up area.Through the self-purification function of water ecology,we can further improve the water quality and find a way to solve the problem of water shortage in Shanghai.
