The increasing development of Internet technology has driven the market share of smart refrigerators,and the access of home appliances to the Internet of Things has entered a period of rapid development.As a result,smart home appliances with wireless communication modules have ushered in a development period.Optimizing the controller module,reducing its R&D costs,and solving the interference technology problem of working with the wireless module has become a significant issue.The smart refrigerator is the application of the network platform and its data communication technology,so that the refrigerator can implement other additional functions on the traditional functions,such as remote control through the network,data analysis,feedback and user consumption.At present,there is not a large amount of popularization in the daily life of civilians.One of the reasons is that the wireless communication module is loaded on the traditional controller and some specific technical matching problems are generated,forcing the cost of the home appliance controller to be still high.How to reduce costs at the controller product level,while solving the problem of technology matching with cost reduction,and ensuring that the good performance index of the controller under low-cost control is not lower than the product requirements becomes the key to research.This topic studies and designs refrigerator controllers based on LINUX embedded systems.The design changes the matching method of the existing smart refrigerator controller and the RF communication module,and maintains the performance that the controller design in the market should normally have.At the same time,the design scheme of optimizing the production cost is completed,and the verification is clearly verified.The smart refrigerator controller design with connection matching method is a stable design scheme,and can be modularly applied,which reduces the unit price of the RF communication module,and at the same time,through the analogy experiment,the current cost-effective refrigerator RF communication module is obtained..In this way,the same type of product development can directly apply the design plan,use the design conclusions,save the research and development cycle and cost of small companies.In the process of wireless communication,because the working frequen cy of wireless communication(2.4GHz)is much higher than the current working frequency of home appliance controller(about 100KHz),in order to save cost and increase product stability,we design the main controller board of the appliance and wireless.The communication board shares the power supply board.However,in this case,the signal mutual interference problem occurs.In order to cope with such interference,it is mainly necessary to install the anti-interference device through the hardware filter and the RF module at the transmission interface to optimize the layout of the printed circuit board to eliminate such interference.In this paper,we will design a smart refrigerator controller that is lower in cost than the current general product requirements and meets current controller product standards.At the same time,this design uses LINUX as the embedded operating system master intelligent refrigerator.Due to the cost reduction,the wireless module and the main control board are integrated,which brings some system porting problems and kernel cutting problems.This paper also solves this problem.
