There is a huge gap between urban and rural areas in terms of economic development and urban development planning and construction.As the urban rapid development of urban and rural areas has not narrowed,it has gradually increased.Solving the problem of agricultural and rural peasants is the key to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and gradually changing the urban-rural dual structure to coordinate urban and rural development.The construction of public service facilities in villages and towns is conducive to gradually narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas in basic public services,maintaining social order and realizing basics.Equalization of public services is of great significance.The rural revitalization strategy proposes a new model of “urban-rural integration” rural development,which requires optimizing the project allocation,development focus,and balanced layout of public service facilities in villages and towns.By guiding spatial planning and unified coordination of public service facilities in villages and towns,it effectively avoids redundant construction and improves resource utilization.In this context,this paper explores the methods of public service facilities sharing and sharing under the two villages and towns system of Langxiang Town and the Forestry Bureau from the perspective of collaborative sharing.This article firstly conducts relevant basic theoretical research,studies the basic theories,configuration types,configuration contents,layout and configuration methods of public service facilities in villages and towns,and summarizes the theory,configuration connotation,mode and realistic dilemma of public service facilities.analysis.On this basis,the status quo of public service facilities in Langxiang Town was investigated and analyzed.Understand the natural situation of the local towns and forestry bureaus of Langxiang Town and the status quo of social and economic integration,the status quo and sharing of public service facilities,and conduct satisfaction surveys and demand collection for public service facilities.By combing the status quo of public service facilities sharing configuration in Langxiang Town and analyzing the sharing configuration problem,the general idea and strategy of public service facility sharing configuration in Langxiang Town are proposed.The first part is the principle of cooperative sharing of public service facilities in Langxiang Town.The second part is the overall idea of cooperative sharing.Firstly,it refers to the basis of the existing living circle in China and combines the daily travel distance of Langxiang Town residents and the farthest distance of psychological support to establish life in Langxiang Town.Circle range;secondly,AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to share and classify public service facilities in Langxiang Town,and different facilities are divided into different living circles;then according to Langxiang town system,economic status,traffic conditions,natural topographic conditions,disasters and population The scale of the situation,using Arc GIS software to spatial analysis of these six items and grid weighted overlay method to determine the facility configuration center,reclassified to form five grading systems,each level shared configuration center and the same level of public service facilities content Matching;finally,centered on the facility configuration center,and establish a public service facility sharing circle with the radius of facilities and services at all levels;the third part provides guidance management and proposes relevant strategies for the coordinated configuration of public service facilities in Langxiang Town.
