The Eurasian continent is a major component of Asia and Europe. The AsiaEurope continent covers 40% of the world's land area and reaches 50 million square kilometers, accounting for 85% and 90% of Asia and Europe respectively. The total population between Asia and Europe accounts for 75% of the world's total population, and the gross national product accounts for 60% of the world's total. With the continuous deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative, the role of China Railway Express in China-EU trade has become increasingly important. However, due to the rapid development of the trains in China and Europe in recent years, the operators of the China Railway Express have not been fully aware of the path selection, which lead to the path dependence and other issues have seriously restricted the sustainable development of the China Railway Express. In order to make the factors considered in the path selection more comprehensive and theoretical research can provide better reference for practical production, based on the analisis of current organization situation of China Railway Express, the factors affecting the path selection of different attribute types are analyzed in this paper,China Railway Express path decision problem is optimized by the hybrid multi-attribute.Firstly,the characteristics of international multimodal transport of railways container is analyzed contrastively, and the connotation of China Railway Express is clarified. The characteristics of China Railway Express transport organization and the current situation of China Railway Express path are analyzed. And the four different attribute types are choosed and determined to select and optimize the path of China Railway Express, which includes transportation costs, transportation time, transportation security and social benefit.Secondly, the basic theory of the path selection optimization are sorted out, such as the k-short-circuit algorithm, the China Railway Express network map construction method and the hybrid multi-attribute decision-making theory. The advantages and disadvantages of the multi-edge method and multi-point method for constructing the China Railway Express network graph are compared. The algorithm for solving the short-circuit problem of the China Railway Express path network map is studied. The Dijkstra algorithm and the Deletion algorithm are used to solve the shortcircuit problem, and the related algorithms are programmed with MATLAB.The attribute normalization methods are compared and analyzed, and the interval number algorithm and the distance calculation method are deeply studied. Then, the hybrid multi-attribute decision-making model is constructed, and the weighting method of each attribute is determined based on the weighting method of maximum dispersion. The TOPSIS method is used to rank the k path schemes in the path candidate set,and the sensitivity analysis method of attribute weights is studied. Finally, based on the hybrid multi-attribute decision-making model, the actual operation data of ChengduLodz Express are empirically analyzed, which provides a reference for the express platform company when making the path selection. The empirical analysis results show that the path from Chengdu to Lodz via Slawkow is the best, and the weight of each attribute has good stability, and the decision model has certain validity and applicability.
