| China’s economy has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up 41 years ago.In 2018,China’s GDP has reached 90.03 trillion yuan,which has become the second largest economy in the world.At the same time,the role of the construction industry in the national economy has become increasingly prominent,The output value of construction industry increases year by year.In the rapid economic development,the infrastructure construction is becoming more and more perfect,and the construction industry has developed rapidly.However,with the rapid development of the construction industry,some quality problems also appear.Because of the complexity of construction engineering itself,especially those involving people’s livelihood and city image,because of the complexity of its structure and the particularity of its use function,as well as many factors affecting its quality level,the management of construction projects is more complicated than that of ordinary engineering buildings.In the current engineering construction,management confusion is still an important reason for the unqualified quality of the project.In the existing management,managers often regard part of the actual quality of the construction as the standard of quality evaluation,but neglect the preparation and process management in the management process.Therefore,a scientific and standard evaluation system is established by using systematic methods.The objective and comprehensive evaluation of public building quality has become an important issue to be solved urgently.In order to evaluate the quality of public buildings scientifically and reasonably,this paper takes a city’s cultural and sports project as an example,on the basis of existing research,through consulting a large number of documents and experts’ opinions,through investigation and questionnaires,screens out indicators and establishes an evaluation index system of construction quality of public buildings projects,which is divided into three levels: engineering guarantee system,engineering process management and engineering entity quality.Using entropy method to calculate the weight of indicators,and finally the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the weight of the entropy method to evaluate the quality of the project construction.The final result shows that the comprehensive evaluation score of a city’s cultural and sports project in construction stage is 7.57,and the quality grade is good.According to the conclusions obtained,it is found that it has strong persuasion by comparing the specific construction conditions on site.According to the comprehensive evaluation results of the construction quality of a city’s cultural and sports project,the key factors affecting its construction quality are environmental protection management,supporting projects and progress management.In view of these three key factors,this paper makes an analysis and different solutions.In view of the existing problems in construction quality,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through the evaluation of public buildings,it can provide the direction of improvement for enterprises,and also provide reference and reference for similar project quality evaluation,especially for public buildings quality evaluation. |
