Design Of Distribution Box Intelligent Monitoring System

This design aims at the traditional distribution box has not realized intelligent control management,the management personnel can not find the problem in time to deal with emergencies,and design a distribution box intelligent monitoring system consisting of intelligent distribution box terminal,cloud platform,mobile APP and PC software.The system can accurately obtain real-time information of the intelligent distribution box terminal such as the operating status,electrical parameters and ambient temperature,and use NB-Io T DTU to transmit the data to the cloud platform,and through the communication between the cloud platform and the mobile APP and the PC software,the intelligent distribution box terminal can be monitored and displayed remotely,reduces the labor intensity of the management personnel,greatly shortens the time from failure alarm to troubleshooting,and avoids damage to equipment and even fire accidents.The main research work of this system:According to actual needs,the overall plan for the intelligent distribution box terminal design was formulated.The intelligent distribution box terminal controller with the microcontroller STM32F103ZET6 as the main chip was designed and fabricated.The design and production of the intelligent electrical distribution box terminal energy metering module and fire detection module circuit were completed.Designed and produced power modules,electronic control unit modules,etc.The NB-Io T technology is analyzed,and the intelligent monitoring system of distribution box based on cloud platform is built by wireless communication module to realize stable and remote data transmission.Completed the overall software design and related procedures,including the interaction of data such as power,temperature and control with the cloud and the automatic control of the intelligent distribution box terminal.The production of the PC software and the mobile APP of the distribution box intelligent monitoring system was completed,and the remote monitoring and control of the operation status of the intelligent distribution box terminal was realized.Tested and verified the function of the intelligent monitoring system of the distribution box.
