Research Based On Value Chain Analysis On F Company Business Process Optimization

With the continuous development of economic globalization and the increasingly close trade exchanges between countries,marine transportation has become the most important mode of transportation in international logistics,and international freight forwarders are also facing many opportunities and challenges.With the increasing competition and the increasing and diversification of customer demand,international freight forwarders need to optimize their existing business processes,improve their management and service level,enhance their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.This thesis takes F Company as the research object,analyses and sorts out the problems existing in the current bulk cargo chartering business process according to the relevant business process optimization theory,and further explores the causes of the problems.It is believed that the main causes of the problems are the enterprise process,such as the decline of work efficiency and the poor operation of business process.There are too many departments in circulation,lack of professional operation norms,lack of customer service awareness of employees,backward enterprise information technology,etc.Based on the analysis of enterprise value chain,the optimization strategy of F company’s international charter business process is put forward by using ECRS business process optimization method.The thesis points out that,with the goal of providing safe and efficient freight service to customers,F company should change its original organization and function management mode into process management mode,break down the barriers between the original departments,make the process link smoothly,establish professional operation norms,strengthen the training of staff and guide staff from the presence of customers.From the perspective of households,we should improve and perfect the performance appraisal,salary and promotion system,strengthen the staff’s sense of identity and loyalty;establish a modern enterprise information management system to realize the sharing of internal resources and speed up the feedback of information;abolish non-value-added work links,reduce operating costs and improve workers.Efficiency;Reduce the window of external communication,so that customers can get real and effective information in time.Finally,some safeguard measures are put forwardfor the implementation of F company’s international chartering business process optimization scheme.This study hopes not only to provide practical guidance for the process optimization for F company’s international chartering business,but also to provide some value reference for the similar small and medium-sized transport enterprises in business process optimization.
