With the development of urbanization accelerate,a large number of people have entered the city from the countryside.Rapid urbanization drives the sustainable development of the building industry,and the scale of the building industry continues to expand,the civil buildings in Shanghai especially.This is followed by an increase in energy consumption and carbon emissions.Energy crisis and climate problems are prominent increasingly,so the building industry to undertake the task of energy conversation and emissions reduction is more and more heavy.Shanghai has set a target,which is reducing CO2 emissions per unit of GDP by 2020 20.5%compared with 2015,building energy efficiency will be the key to accomplish this goal.If the current opportunity is missed,after the end of urbanization,a large number of energy-intensive buildings will continue to consume a lot of energy for a long time.China will face the risk of energy crisis and pay a huge price at that time.This paper selects energy consumption of civil buildings in Shanghai as the research object,and use the method of qualitative and quantitative combination,identify the key factors influencing the energy consumption of building.The calculation of building energy consumption,can determinate the influence degree of various factors on building energy consumption,and help the government find the key points in promoting building energy efficiency and targeted policies and measures.The core contents of this paper include,calculation and analysis of energy consumption in civil buildings,qualitative and quantitative research of influencing factors of building energy consumption,and analysis of building energy efficiency strategies.The main conclusions are as follows.?1?Based on the calculation method of energy balance sheet in Shanghai,calculates the energy consumption data of civil buildings from 1990 to 2016.The results show that the energy consumption of civil buildings is increasing year by year in Shanghai,which caused by accelerated urbanization,rapid economic development and so on.?2?The energy consumption of civil buildings is affected by various factors,and different degrees of influence in Shanghai.Based on STIRPAT model,the influencing factors of building energy consumption are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.The results show that the total population has the greatest impact on building energy consumption,followed by GDP,per capita living energy,output value of the tertiary industry and so on.?3?Combined with the calculation of energy consumption recently and the size of influencing factors affecting the energy consumption of civil buildings in Shanghai,measures and Suggestions for reducing the energy consumption of civil buildings are put forward to provide a basis for the development planning of building energy efficiency in Shanghai.
