| With the increase in the operational performance of weapons and equipment and the diversification of operation missions,the military’s demand for Joint Test is also growing.However,in the daily trials and training of the military,the phenomenon of repeated construction of operational resources due to the lack of standardized test planning process is also particularly prominent.The US military’s "Capability Test Methodology" based on live,virtual and constructive distributed environments provides the possibility to solve the standardization problem of the test planning process.The test plan covers two parts: “Test Evaluation Strategy” and “Joint Operational Context for Test”.Domestic research on this mainly focuses on methodological research.Foreign research on this has presented a deepening trend from methodology to application.Firstly,this paper refers to the "Capability Test Methodology" and studies the method of formulating the Test Evaluation Strategy and the construction method of the Joint Operational Context for Test.Because the development of capability and system description is the necessary basic research content of two above rese arch parts.Therefore,in the methodology level,the paper describes the method in the order of capability and system description development method,Test Evaluation Strategy formulation method to Joint Operational Context for Test construction method,and provides the definition,composition,design specification,input and output relationships and development processes of the Test Evaluation Strategy and Joint Operational Context for Test.Secondly,this paper describes the detailed development process of the Joint Test Evaluation Strategy formulation and Joint Operational Context for Test construction software.The software can be divided into three sub-software that are functionally independent and interact with each other through the Test Plan Document.Taking into account the software functional balance and user habits,this paper describes sub-software at the application level in the order of capability and system description development sub-software,Joint Operational Context for Test construction sub-software to Test Evaluation Strategy formulation sub-software,and provides the requirement definition,use case analysis,static structure design,dynamic structure design and user interface design results.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the aforementioned methodological research and software design,based on the existing weapon equipment model and environmental model,according to the operational concept of the test planner,this paper designs a "long-range precise strike for the sea and anti-missile interception test" and provides detailed verification schema and verification process,which verifies that Test Evaluation Strategy formulation method and Joint Operational Context for Test construction method are effective and feasible.The software output are Test Evaluation Strategy and Joint Operational Context for Test,which can provide guidance for subsequent Test Design and achieve good results.This research results provide a feasible solution to the standardization of the test planning process in the Joint Test. |
